Wellbeing Workshop with Andrew Jobling
Learn how to create optimal wellbeing one step at a time with author and motivational speaker Andrew Jobling at ‘The Wellness Puzzle’ event on Monday 14 October from 1.30pm at Maitland Library.
In his latest book ‘The Wellness Puzzle’, Andrew Jobling identifies the seven pieces of the puzzle and how they fit together to provide tools for a long, happy and healthy life of passion, purpose and significance.

Andrew Jobling describes himself as an athlete and an accidental author. He played senior level professional football with St Kilda Football Club for seven years, and has 30 years’ experience in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry, including 15 years as a personal trainer. With no time, no training, no experience and no clue he ‘accidentally’ wrote his first bestselling book, ‘Eat Chocolate, Drink Alcohol and be Lean & Healthy’ and to date has written nine books which have sold in excess of 200,000 copies.
