Maitland City Council are calling for Tenders from suitably qualified head building contractors for the construction of the Tower Experience project at Maitland Gaol in Grant Street East Maitland.

The Tower Experience project is intended to provide public access through guided tours of the Gaols towers and gantry platforms. The project involves the construction of a new steel access stair within one of the existing towers and associated updated works to the gantry platforms and towers.

Submissions close Tuesday 7 Feb at 2.00pm.
