Description
The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify suitably qualified head building contractors for the construction of an upgrade to Maitland Park Outer Field Amenities in Maitland Park through alterations and additions. The EOI is intended to be the first stage of a two stage, selective tender process. Council propose to invite a shortlist of respondents to tender.
Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2.00pm on Monday 17th July 2023.
