Description of Services: EOI for Architectural Design Services
Maitland City Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from architectural consultants to lead a multi-discipline design and documentation team for the delivery of three separate community centres in Maitland City Council's Eastern Precinct. The centres will be located in the suburbs of Tenambit, Chisholm, and Thornton.
The design of the three facilities is required to be progressed in parallel to achieve Council's delivery program.
This Expression of Interest request is the first stage of a two-stage Selective Tender Process. Shortlisted Respondents from the first stage will be invited to submit tenders at Stage 2. Tenders are invited up to 2:00pm on Tuesday 14 December 2021.
