Description
In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Maitland City Council proposes to grant a lease in respect of community land, as follows:
Property: Lot 1 DP 1168361, Thornton Oval, Taylor Avenue, Thornton NSW 2322.
Lease Term: Five-year lease with a further four (4) consecutive five-year leases.
Permitted Use: For the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a telecommunications network and telecommunications service including but not limited to installing, storing, operating, repairing, maintaining, altering, and replacing telecommunications equipment consistent with the evolving nature of telecommunications services.
Lessee: Indara Corporation Pty Ltd
