AMENDMENT TO THE MAITLAND DEVELOPMENT CONTROL PLAN 2011
(Part F - Urban Release Areas)
At its meeting on 23 February 2021, Council resolved to adopt the amendment to the Maitland Development Control Plan 2011 to include Anambah Road Urban Extension Site (Lot 90 DP 785244 located at 106 Anambah Road, Anambah) into the Part F - Urban Release Areas chapter.
Pursuant to Clause 21 (2) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, Council is required to give public notice of the adoption of the Development Control Plan. The amendment comes into effect on the date of this public notice on Council website.
