Description
Notice is hereby given that Maitland City Council, in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, intends to enter into a lease for a childcare centre to operate out of 110 Chelmsford Drive, Metford.
The proposed lease term is from 2025 to 2030, with options. A period of 28 days from 31 January 2025 is allowed during which persons may lodge with Council written submissions regarding this matter.
Any submissions should be addressed to the General Manager via property.tenders@maitland.nsw.gov.au and detail fully any objection to the same.
