Maitland City Council is requesting tenders for the contract 2022/137/2087 - Community Recycling Centre Construction - Mt Vincent Road Waste Facility.

The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the construction of a Community Recycling Centre at the Mt Vincent Road Waste facility. Works will include bulk earthworks, concrete slab construction, road pavement construction and surfacing, utilities service connection/relocation and landscaping.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 29/06/2022 at 10:00 am at the Mt Vincent Road Waste Facility. The Waste Management Facility is a closed site, and this will be the only opportunity for Tenderer's to conduct a site inspection during the tender period. Attendance from perspective tenderers is strongly encouraged.

Tenderers are requested to register for the pre-tender meeting by completing the document 08.01 -- Pre-Tender Meeting Registration and Probity Form and emailing to Kynan.Lindus@maitland.nsw.gov.au prior to the meeting.

Tenderers are asked to park and meet in the front car park and will be escorted onsite by Council staff. Minimum PPE requirements for the site visit are steel cap boots, long sleeve shirt (either hi-vis or with hi-vis safety vest), and broad brim hat.
