Maitland City Council is requesting tenders for the contract 2022/137/158 – Footpath Construction and Concrete Work - Various Locations - Maitland.

The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor or Contractors to undertake footpath construction and other concrete work at various locations in the Maitland LGA. This contract consists of the following separable portions:

• Separable Portion 1 – Bolwarra Sports Complex Footpath

• Separable Portion 2 – Maitland River Walk Shared Path

• Separable Portion 3 – Hartley Drive, Thornton Shared Path

• Separable Portion 4 – Dumaresq Parade, Metford Footpath

• Separable Portion 5 – Lorn Pedestrian Refuge

• Separable Portion 6 – Lowe Street, Metford Footpath         

Tenderers may submit offers for one or both of the separate portions of work.  Council reserves the right at its sole discretion to award one (1) or more separable portions to one (1) or more contractors.

Tenders are invited up to 2:00pm Tuesday 3 January 2023.
