The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably experienced and qualified contractor or contractors to undertake watermain relocation works at various locations across the Maitland LGA.

This tender consists of the following separable portions:

• Separable Portion 1 – Watermain Relocation – Cumberland Street, East Maitland
• Separable Portion 2 – Watermain Relocation – Morpeth Road, East Maitland
• Separable Portion 3 – Watermain Relocation – Louth Park Road, Louth Park
• Separable Portion 4 – Watermain Relocation – Hannan Street, Maitland
• Separable Portion 5 – Watermain Relocation – Sempill Street, Maitland

Tenderers may submit offers for one or a number of separate portions of work.  Council reserves the right at its sole discretion to award one (1) or more separable portions to one (1) or more contractors.

Contractors undertaking works on Hunter Water assets must have the relevant Hunter Water accreditations and be listed on the Hunter Water Accredited Construction Contractors Register.
