Description
A Planning Proposal seeks to amend the Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011 (MLEP 2011) is on exhibition as described below.
Proposal:
The Planning Proposal seeks to facilitate development of the subject land for residential purposes in a manner consistent with the surrounding land use zones, subdivision pattern and road network by:
- realigning the existing boundary between the R5 Large Lot Residential and R1 General Residential zones within the site; and
- amending the LEP minimum lot size map to apply a minimum lot size of 1500m2 to the R5 zoned land and a minimum lot size of 450m2 to the R1 zoned land.
Exhibition:
The Planning Proposal and supporting information will be on public exhibition from Thursday 24 October 2019 to Friday 22 November 2019 and can be inspected at Council’s Customer Service Centre, High Street, Maitland and Council’s libraries.
