Engraved on the floor of The Band Rotunda at Maitland Park is The City of Maitland Hall of Fame inductees. The Hall of Fame recognises exceptional individuals from the community who have made significant and enduring contributions in their field of endeavour.
These include Arts, Theatre, and Literature, Business and Public Service, Military Service, Research and Education, Science and Innovation and Sport.
Their legacies encourage pride in local achievement and inspire the highest community standards and values. Join us in celebrating local heroes and fostering a sense of pride in our community’s accomplishments.
Eligibility
To be eligible, nominees must have a strong association with the Maitland local government area, have made a significant contribution to their field of endeavour and be a source of civic pride and inspiration. Selection criteria is outlined in the Hall of Fame Policy.
